With capacities between 1300 kg and 2500 kg, Toyota low lifters offer something for every business. Their compact design makes operations easy and safe. You can find the right electric pallet truck for your needs in the extensive choice of models, whether you need one for long-distance transport, to work in tight areas, for loading/unloading or simply to occasionally move pallets. Available with lithium-ion or lead-acid battery, the Toyota BT Levio powered lifter will lend you a helping hand.
Whether you’re moving pallets filled with food, large stacks of manufacturing components or other materials ready for distribution, choosing the right powered pallet truck can mean a world of difference. We have various types of low lifters available. The choice of the right one can depend on the travel distance, the load capacity, required manoeuvrability, desired ergonomics, available space or the amount of battery operating hours needed.
Whichever Toyota pallet truck you choose, they’re all designed around the operator.
The pedestrian and platform range comes with an ergonomic and intuitive tiller arm that has all functions integrated. This offers excellent control, maneuvering and thus productivity.
The stand-in models have a well-laid-out operator compartment: easily reachable and adjustable right-hand module, small steering wheel, intuitive touchscreen and adjustable sit/stand chair.
Good all-round visibility is key for safe load handling. Toyota pallet trucks have a slim design that gives the operator a good view of the forks and the surroundings at all times.
On high-speed models the machines can be equipped with gates, backrest, side guards or a fully enclosed driver compartment, to always keep the operator safe.
Safety buttons are always within reach and all trucks have a PIN code access system to ensure only authorised users can operate the trucks.
We offer our customers a choice of energy solutions to match their needs. Our pallet trucks can be ordered with traditional lead-acid batteries or with lithium-ion battery technology.
The latter allows for opportunity charging so that changing batteries is no longer needed, and neither are spare batteries nor charging rooms. Lithium-ion batteries don’t need maintenance and have proven to be 30% more energy-efficient than lead-acid batteries, significantly reducing CO2 emissions as well as energy costs. Our electric stand-in pallet truck is even built around our in-house lithium-ion solution to deliver class-leading ergonomics whilst minimising energy consumption. For all these reasons, the majority of our customers prefer a Li-ion solution.
Hand pallet trucks can move goods in all types of applications. They are reliable, compact, intuitive to use and they get the job done. So, when to switch to a powered entry-level pallet truck or stacker model? We have 4 considerations to motivate the choice for our BT Tyro models.
With fully powered trucks, goods can be moved quicker, requiring less effort from the operator, increasing efficiency and productivity.
On the BT Tyro, the battery can be charged overnight or battery cassettes can easily be changed, ensuring availability and readiness.
An entry-level powered pallet truck can make light-duty work fast and smooth and puts little strain on the operator. The lift and drive functions, positioned on the truck's handle, significantly simplify the operator's work, compared to working with a manual truck.
Hand pallet trucks are easy to access, allowing any driver to use the truck. With a powered truck, you can make sure only authorised drivers can operate the truck thanks to the PIN code on the handle.
On powered models you find functions such as creep speed for easy movement in tight areas and speed reduction for when cornering.
With a low initial investment in a flexible light-duty powered model, you’ll get many benefits in return, including the increased ergonomics of operating a powered truck.
