2023 Sustainability reportRaising standards, embracing change
For over a decade, we have been a sustainability frontrunner in our industry. We challenge ourselves every day to continue leading the way, focusing on our operations as well as relationships with our suppliers and customers. We have been rated EcoVadis Platinum four years consecutively since 2020 and our commitment to SBTi submitting science-based targets challenges us to take concrete action towards decarbonisation across our value chain.

Our approach to sustainability
Environment
We continuously challenge ourselves to be part of the solution and lead on climate action, we collaborate with stakeholders and act responsibly to minimise our environmental impact. We recently submitted our science-based targets to the SBTi, as we continue decarbonising across our value chain.

We care about the people working for us, our suppliers, and our customers. We have set health, safety & well-being as a top priority since joining EU-OSHA as a campaign partner in 2010. In 2023 we signed a new DE&I commitment to ensure equal opportunities for all.

Ensuring we have the right policies, processes and an ethical business culture established across our organisation and our value chain is critical. With a new set of sustainability criteria for suppliers – based around EcoVadis - we aim to operate openly and transparently, and raise our standards.
